Diet Real to lose weight and lose belly Ten note that this diet to me works for me, may it not, but do not lose anything by trying it and see for yourself the results you get. I’ve lost weight at a rate of 2 KG a week and now keep in 56 kg. 1.-Breakfast – coffee with milk and oat flakes, either, – orange juice with 2-3 cuts wheat bread with cheese 0% fat or with jam 0% fat or Turkey. 2.-Lunch – 2 Sandwiches of tuna, Turkey or mortadella Turkey, and 1 Apple, or, – 6 egg whites omelette, or, – a few noodles, with olive oil and a few walnuts. Read more from Secretary of Agriculture to gain a more clear picture of the situation. 3.-Food – 2 pieces of boneless breast of Turkey or chicken, grilled with a tortilla of 2 whites and some fruit, or, – Salmon grilled and fruit (1 or 2 times per week) or – steak or veal grilled with some fruit (1 or 2 times per week) 4.-snack – small salad with tuna and olive oil, or, – 1 Sandwich of Turkey or tuna and 1 piece of fruit, or, – 3 pieces of fruit. 5-.-Dinner – breast of Turkey or grilled chicken, or, – 4 egg whites and 1 yolk, omelet or well, – fish on the grill. 6.-Before you go to bed – 1 or 2 apples, or, – 1 0% fat Yogurt. With this basic diet I’ve managed to lose the body fat that I was left, that I am exercising at the moment my abdominals with the method of Mike Geary. Undeleted before the stomach fat is very difficult, not to say impossible, that the abdominal muscles and belly can be displayed.
